For Health Services, NOW expands coverage by adding body & mind health support with workout and mindfulness features. Simplification of the Claim Process in the NOW application for real-time submission and tracking of claims, as well as increased transparency through the claims feature. NOW supports financial education with financial articles and financial calculators to help users prepare for retirement, BCALife may launch an interactive platform with gamification and expand financial content. Regular webinars and workshops will deepen customer understanding.
